Parking: Please note the island is only accessible by a pedestrian bridge. If driving you can park near this bridge (parking ticket required) or there are many buses a couple of minutes walk away.

Accessing the club: once over the bridge follow the footpath to the left until you see the sign pointing to TwRC. Meet at the TwRC gate at 9:40. I will let you in ready to start at 9:45am

Parking: there is free parking near the club on Lower Ham Rd, beyond Bank Lane, and in some other side roads. Always check nearest parking signs to be sure!

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Introductory deal: 40 min’s for £15.

We bring the machine to you, set up, demonstrate and then give you personalised coaching so you can master proper, safe and effective rowing technique. Good technique allows you to maximise every subsequent workout. We then provide varied workouts (off the rower too) set to your goals, from an equivalent ‘paddle up the river’, to a gut-busting 2km all-out super row! I’ve coached ages 12-70+, of all abilities and every time have loved seeing people fulfil a potential they never knew they had. It’s worth a go – go indoor row!
